Who we are
Kefero is a service of Visualsense, a sole proprietorship with registered office at Via Santa Maria di Porta 27, 03037 Pontecorvo (FR), Italia, VAT number 02637440609, reachable at info@visualsense.it.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
What Kefero is
Kefero is an entertainment site. The readings it produces are for amusement and recreation only.
They are not, and must not be taken as, advice of any kind: they give no medical, psychological, financial, legal, professional or other guidance. Do not make important decisions based on what you read here. If you need advice, speak to a qualified professional.
You may use the service only if you are eighteen or older.
Coins
- One coin is one reading. The price is shown on the site before purchase, VAT included.
- Coins non scadono. Puoi comprarne più d’uno, tenerli e usarli quando vuoi.
- You can gift a coin: whoever receives it gets a link valid for thirty days.
- Coins non sono convertibili in denaro e non sono cedibili se non attraverso la funzione di regalo.
Withdrawal and refunds
By buying a coin and using it straight away, you request the immediate performance of digital content. At that moment the fourteen-day right of withdrawal lapses, under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code: by accepting at the time of purchase, you acknowledge this.
That said: if something did not work out, write to info@visualsense.it and we will refund you. The amounts involved are small and we have no intention of arguing. This applies to coins already used, too.
If a payment fails or is charged twice, tell us and we will fix it.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens from your account and for keeping your password confidential. If you think someone has got in, write to us.
Puoi chiudere l’account quando vuoi dalla tua area personale. Coins non usati vanno perduti, e non ti vengono rimborsati: se ne hai ancora, usali o regalali prima di chiudere.
We may suspend an account that uses the service to damage it: unauthorised access attempts, automation that overloads it, payment circumvention. We do not do it for any other reason.
Who owns the content
The texts, images, cards, films, voices and code of the site are ours or used under licence. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially.
The reading you receive is yours: you may read it, save it, share it and publish it as you like.
What we do not guarantee
We do our best to keep the site up and working, but we cannot guarantee that it is always available or free of errors. It may be down for maintenance or because of a fault.
We are not responsible for the decisions you make after reading a reading, nor for their consequences. It is entertainment.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability towards you does not exceed what you have spent on Kefero in the previous twelve months. Nothing written here limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer, nor our liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
Governing law
Italian law applies. For disputes, the court of the place where you reside or are domiciled has jurisdiction, if you are a consumer resident in the European Union.
